The year 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment and development of the Hạ Long Bay Management Board, now the Hạ Long Bay – Yên Tử World Heritage Management Board.

Tiếng hát vang lên giữa vùng biển trời non xanh nước biếc Hạ Long, khi chờ trăng lên, đón gió chờ nước hay trong những đêm thanh vắng, chung bến chung thuyền, trong khung cảnh con người cảm thấy mình nhỏ bé đơn độc giữa biển trời, muốn tìm người bạn tâm tình. Đó là lời hát giao duyên mềm mại mà trữ tình sâu lắng của cư dân vạn chài Hạ Long.

Sáng ngày 15/11, thay mặt lãnh đạo tỉnh Quảng Ninh, đồng chí Nguyễn Thị Hạnh, Phó Chủ tịch UNDB tỉnh đã trao các quyết định về công tác án bộ choc các đồng chí lãnh đạo Ban Quản lý di sản thế giới vịnh Hạ Long – Yên Tử.

Mỗi năm, khi những cơn gió heo may khẽ ùa về, vịnh Hạ Long lại bước vào mùa thu - mùa đẹp nhất trong năm. Thu mang đến cho nơi đây bầu không khí trong lành, mát mẻ, dễ chịu. Mùa thu nơi đây đẹp đến nao lòng - vừa dịu dàng, lãng mạn, vừa dâng trào niềm tự hào bất tận.

Ha Long Bay is not only famous for its thousands of majestic limestone islands and mystical caves but also as a habitat for diverse plant species that contribute unique biological value to the heritage area.

Amid the picturesque landscape of Ha Long Bay, Man’s Head islet rises like a unique sculpture, skillfully carved by nature over millions of years.

On October 9th, the Ha Long Bay Management Department organized a fire prevention and fighting professional training course in 2025 for 72 workers who have been certified in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue training since 2021. Major Le Minh Tuan, an officer of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team for rivers and seas, conducted propaganda, guidance, and supervision of the program.

Ha Long Bay is home to many saltwater lakes, also known locally as "Ang." These Ang are karst sinkholes formed through geological tectonic processes and are connected to the sea by narrow openings or underwater caves, causing the water levels in the lakes to rise and fall with the daily tides. These lakes are located among the islands and represent a unique geographical feature specific to the Ha Long Bay area.

Hon Xep is an exceptionally unique island located in Ha Long Bay, about 30 kilometers southeast of Tuan Chau International Port.

In response to the urgent developments of Typhoon Matmo (Typhoon No. 11), and in order to ensure the safety of vessels operating in Quang Ninh waters-as well as the safety of people, vehicles, and property-the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ninh Province has issued a notice to relevant units and the Quang Ninh Inland Waterway Port Authority regarding the temporary suspension of permits for vessels departing from ports and docks.

On September 26, Quang Ninh Province officially issued the Regulations on the Management of the Tourism Business Environment within the province.
