Chiều ngày 30/9, Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long tổ chức Khen thưởng các cá nhân có thành tích xuất sắc đột xuất trong công tác phòng, chống, ứng phó và khắc phục hậu quả cơn bão số 3 (YAGI). 70 CB,VCNLĐ đã được khen thưởng.
