Ha Long Bay is often compared to a massive, vibrant watercolor painting, with countless large and small limestone islands rising from the clear blue water, alongside an array of rich and mysterious caves.

On the morning of February 5, at the Ben Doan Wharf, Ha Long Bay Management Department organized the launch of the Spring Tree Planting Festival of 2025 (Year of the Snake). Hundreds of employees of the Department participated in the event.

The 9-day Tet holiday of the Year of the Snake, lasting from January 25 to February 2, 2025, has ended. During this period, Ha Long Bay welcomed 59,342 visitors, an 11% increase compared to the same period of the Lunar New Year in 2024 (Year of the Dragon)

From January 29 to 31, 2025, Ha Long Bay welcomed 20,470 visitors, with 18,240 of them being international tourists.

In the joyful atmosphere of the new Spring, on the morning of January 29 (the first day of the Lunar New Year), Mr. Pham Duc An, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited Ha Long International Cruise Port.

On the 30th of the Lunar New Year (the last day of the old year), with the typical chill of the North and the festive atmosphere preparing for the new year, many tourist groups (mainly international visitors) arrived at Ha Long Bay, amidst the vibrant atmosphere of blooming peach blossoms and colorful flowers.

“Welcoming Spring with Love, Bringing Tet to Schools” is a program organized by the Quang Ninh Provincial Police, with the participation and support of several businesses, youth unions from various agencies, and schools, including the Youth Union of the Ha Long Bay Management Department.

Quang Ninh Province has issued Decision No. 3488/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2024, regarding the promulgation of the Code of Conduct in Quang Ninh Province.
