Với một di sản thiên nhiên độc đáo như Vịnh Hạ Long, việc khai thác, phát triển du lịch cũng phải có sự độc đáo để thu hút du khách từ khắp nơi trên thế giới. Và trong những năm qua, ngành du lịch tỉnh Quảng Ninh cũng như Ban Quản lý Vịnh và các bên liên quan đã nỗ lực đưa ra nhiều sáng tạo để những vẻ đẹp của viên ngọc Hạ Long ngày càng lấp lánh hơn.

Ngày 22/11, tại thành phố Hạ Long, Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long và UBND huyệt Cát Hải đã tổ chức Hội nghị tổng kết công tác phối hợp trong công tác quản lý, bảo vệ và phát huy giá trị Di sản thiên nhiên thế giới vịnh Hạ Long và các vịnh thuộc Quần đảo Cát Bà năm 2024.

Ngày 22/11, Ban Quản lý vịnh Hạ Long tổ chức kiểm tra, đánh giá chất lượng đội ngũ Hướng dẫn viên năm 2024.

On November 15th, at Song Minh football field (Cao Xanh ward), Trade Union of Ha Long Bay Management Department opened the 15th Ha Long Bay Management Department Football Tournament. The tournament had 05 teams from the departmental trade unions and teams of tourism service enterprises in Ha Long Bay.

On the morning of November 13th, the delegation of the Argentine Justice Party, led by Mr. Emilio Jose Ribera, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Department of External Relations, visited Ha Long Bay during their official visit and working trip to Vietnam. Mrs. Nguyễn Thị Kim Nhàn, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party’s Department of Propaganda and Education, along with representatives of several local departments and agencies, warmly welcomed and accompanied the delegation.

Ha Long Bay is one of the famous scenic spots in Vietnam with special appeal to national and international tourists. With its potential and strengths favored by nature, Ha Long Bay has received many proud titles.

Cách đây gần 30 năm, ngày 17/12/1994, Việt Nam lần đầu được ghi danh Di sản thiên nhiên thế giới với danh thắng Vịnh Hạ Long. Những giá trị độc đáo, ngoại hạng của danh thắng được thiên nhiên ưu đãi, kiến tạo từ hàng triệu năm trước đã đem lại niềm tự hào nhưng cũng là trách nhiệm lớn lao cho Việt Nam nói chung và tỉnh Quảng Ninh nói riêng.

It has been 30 years since Ha Long Bay was recognized as a World Natural Heritage by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

Within the framework of the International Strategy for Natural Disaster Reduction of the United Nations General Assembly, on November 10th, 2024, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Vietnam coordinated with the UNESCO Office in Hanoi to organize an Inter-sectoral Assessment Team, including ICOMOS risk assessment and management experts, representatives of the Department of Cultural Heritage, and UNESCO Office in Hanoi, to carry out a program to assess and verify the level of impact and damage that caused by Typhoon Yagi to world heritage sites and nominated heritage sites in Quang Ninh province, including Ha Long Bay. Mr. Pham Dinh Huynh, Deputy Director of Ha Long Bay Management Department, represented the Department's Leadership to welcome and work with the Delegation.

Deep inside the limestone islands of Ha Long Bay is an extremely rich cave system, including many beautiful and famous caves that are welknown to many tourists. There are caves with wild beauty but captivating and attractive to tourists. That is Ho Dong Tien Cave.
