A Kind Gesture in the Heart of Ha Long Bay
On the afternoon of March 19, at around 3:00 p.m., a small yet meaningful story unfolded at Thien Cung Cave.
During a sightseeing trip aboard the tourist boat Bai Tho, a Japanese female visitor accidentally left behind her handbag and wallet while exploring the cave. The incident could have turned into an unfortunate and incomplete experience for the tourist, had it not been for the prompt and responsible actions of the staff of Ha Long Bay Conservation Center I, under the Management Board of the World Heritage Site Ha Long Bay – Yen Tu.

Immediately after the incident was discovered, the relevant authorities swiftly conducted a search and promptly located the misplaced belongings. Within a short time, the handbag and wallet were fully recovered and returned to the female tourist, bringing her great relief and emotion.

That seemingly simple act carried great significance, reflecting the sense of responsibility, dedication, and the cultural professionalism of those working in tourism at Ha Long Bay.
Beyond its renowned natural grandeur, Ha Long Bay is also defined by the kindness and professionalism of its tourism workforce. Such gestures contribute to shaping the image of a safe, friendly, and trustworthy destination, where visitors can fully enjoy their journey exploring this world heritage site./.
