To proactively respond to Typhoon Ragasa (Storm No. 9), the Command Board for Disaster Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, and Oil Spill Response of the Ha Long Bay Management Department has initiated storm prevention measures.

On September 20, the Ha Long Bay Management Department organized the 14th Swimming and Sea First Aid Competition in 2025.

On September 12, the Ha Long Bay Management Department held a working session with a delegation from Osaka Metropolitan University, Japan, to discuss environmental protection efforts for Ha Long Bay.

On September 11, the 9th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Ha Long Bay Management Department for the 2025–2030 term was held with the participation of 52 youth union members.

On September 7, a delegation from the Ha Long Bay Management Department, led by Mr. Nguyễn Trung Hậu, Deputy Director of the Department, attended various programs and activities at the National Achievements Exhibition themed “80 Years Journey of Independence – Freedom – Happiness” commemorating the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The exhibition took place from August 28 to September 15 at the Vietnam National Exhibition Center (Dong Anh – Hanoi).

Under the deep blue September sky, Ha Long Bay appears like a vivid ink-wash painting. White boats glide gently across the crystal-clear water, reflecting the towering limestone mountains, creating a scene both majestic and poetic.

On September 3rd, Mr. Trần Như Long, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee; and Mr. Phạm Thị An Linh, Member of the Party Executive Committee and Standing Deputy Chair of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, attended the regular meeting of the Party Cell of the Research and Operations Department under the Party Committee of Ha Long Bay Management Department.

As the lunar July begins, Ha Long Bay glows with golden sunlight shimmering like honey at dawn.

During the National Day holiday from August 30 to September 2, Ha Long Bay welcomed a total of 45,351 visitors, including 31,967 domestic tourists and 13,384 international tourists - a 35% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

On August 28th, the Ha Long Bay Management Department held the 3rd Conference of outstanding representatives for the 2025-2030 term. The conference was attended by over 100 delegates, including exemplary employees who have achieved remarkable accomplishments during the five-year period from 2020 to 2025, as well as emulation fighters and role models recognized for good deeds.

When mentioning the beautiful scenery of Quang Ninh, tourists immediately think of Ha Long Bay - a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site and one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Ha Long Bay, with thousands of limestone islands in countless shapes rising from the clear blue waters, dotted with enchanting caves, pristine white sandy beaches, and a rich marine ecosystem, creates a vast and vibrant natural masterpiece.

On August 21st and 22nd, Ha Long Bay Management Department organized a professional training workshop on identifying relics and artifacts at archaeological sites within Ha Long Bay.
