On October 30th, the delegation of the Communist Magazine led by Mr. Pham Viet Dung - Department Head, Head of the Magazine's Economic Department worked with the Ha Long Bay Management Department on the management, protection and exploitation of the value of Ha Long Bay. According to the report of the Ha Long Bay Management Department, since Ha Long Bay was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the tasks of managing, protecting and promoting the values ​​of Ha Long Bay have been well implemented by the Ha Long Bay Management Department as well as departments, branches and localities advising Quang Ninh province, on the basis of compliance with Vietnamese laws and in accordance with the Guidelines for the Implementation of the World Heritage Convention. The values ​​of Ha Long Bay, especially the internationally recognized values, continue to be managed, protected in their original state, promoted and spread benefits to the community, contributing significantly to the sustainable socio-economic development of the province.
