Regulations on the management of the tourism business environment  in Quang Ninh province

On September 26, Quang Ninh Province officially issued the Regulations on the Management of the Tourism Business Environment within the province.

The regulations consist of 4 chapters and 23 articles, outlining the management measures and coordination efforts for activities related to the tourism business environment in Quang Ninh Province.

To ensure a sustainable and orderly tourism business environment, the regulations clearly define the responsibilities of tourists, organizations and individuals engaged in tourism-related services, including goods and service providers, and those involved in tourist transportation on Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Long Bay, as well as tour guides.

The document also specifies mechanisms for inter-agency coordination in managing the tourism business environment, including zoning, information reception and handling, and responsibility allocation among relevant functional units.
