Standing Members of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee attend Party Cell Meeting at the Party Committee of Ha Long Bay Management Department

On September 3rd, Mr. Trần Như Long, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee; and Mr. Phạm Thị An Linh, Member of the Party Executive Committee and Standing Deputy Chair of the Inspection Commission of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, attended the regular meeting of the Party Cell of the Research and Operations Department under the Party Committee of Ha Long Bay Management Department.
Mr. Vũ Kiên Cường, Secretary of the Party Committee - Director of Ha Long Bay Management Department also attended the meeting.

Mr. Trần Như Long, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, delivered a directive speech at the Party cell meeting.

Attending the regular Party cell meeting, Mr. Trần Như Long, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged that the meeting of the Profession- Research division Party Cell under the Party Committee of Ha Long Bay Management Department was conducted in accordance with proper procedures. He commended the thorough preparation of materials and the active participation of Party members in discussions.

Mr.Trần Như Long also expressed understanding and sympathy for the challenges faced by those who must simultaneously perform professional duties and undertake Party-related responsibilities.

He emphasized the need for Party units to continue improving the quality of regular Party cell meetings and thematic discussions, in line with the directives set out in Directive No. 50-CT/TW dated July 23, 2025, issued by the Party Central Committee.

Regarding the fulfillment of political tasks, he noted that as a public administrative unit, the Ha Long Bay Management Department should pay greater attention to economic development and the application of science and technology in preserving and promoting the values of Ha Long Bay. This includes utilizing digital technology and digitizing management data.

The participation of Party Committee members at all levels, as well as officials from advisory and supporting agencies of the Provincial Party Committee and its subordinate units, in grassroots Party cell meetings is part of an initiative implemented under Regulation No. 345-QĐ/TU dated August 12, 2021, by the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee. This follows the guiding principle: "Provincial-level Party committees oversee grassroots Party organizations; district-level Party committees oversee Party cells; and grassroots Party members engage directly with households."
