Thirty certificates for first aid and sea rescue training were awarded to employees of the Ha Long Bay Management Department.
On May 30, at Quang Ninh Medical College, the 2025 First Aid and Sea Rescue Training course concluded, attended by representatives of the Quang Ninh Medical College leadership and Mr. Phạm Đình Huỳnh, Deputy Director of the Ha Long Bay Management Department.

At the closing ceremony, 53 certificates with good and excellent results were awarded to the trainees. In addition to the 30 staff members from the Ha Long Bay Management Department, 23 trainees were employees from various tourism service businesses operating on Ha Long Bay.
During the training course, participants received instruction on essential first aid knowledge, including: emergency response, triage and prioritization of casualties; first aid for drowning victims; wound care; first aid for heatstroke, seasickness, burns, and alcohol poisoning; prevention and treatment of traumatic shock and poisoning; bleeding control and use of tourniquets; first aid for fractures, sprains, and dislocations; prevention and treatment of jellyfish stings, snake bites, and allergic reactions; and methods for safely transporting victims.

After undergoing a rigorous assessment and meeting all the requirements to participate in real-life rescue and emergency response activities, the trainees were awarded certificates.

The course provided employees of the Ha Long Bay Management Department-those directly involved in welcoming and serving tourists on Ha Long Bay-with essential basic knowledge and skills in first aid. This training enables them to respond quickly to emergency situations, helping to minimize potential risks and undesired incidents.
