Supplementing the rates of excursion fee for 03 tourist routes on Ha Long Bay
On February 26th, the People's Council of Quang Ninh Province issued Resolution No. 51/2025/NQ-HĐND, amending and supplementing certain provisions related to fees and charges within the jurisdiction of the Provincial People's Council. One of the important contents of this resolution is the adjustment and supplementation of the fee collection routes for sightseeing tickets on Ha Long Bay.
Specifically, the resolution changed the names of the routes from "Route 1, Route 2, Route 3, Route 4, Route 5" to "VHL Journey 1, VHL Journey 2, VHL Journey 3, VHL Journey 4, VHL Journey 5". However, the fee rates for these journeys remain unchanged as stipulated in Resolution No. 62/2017/NQ-HĐND dated July 7, 2017, by the Provincial People's Council.
This change is expected to make the management and classification of sightseeing routes on Ha Long Bay clearer and more efficient.
Supplementing the excursion fee on Ha Long Bay for 03 routes (Non-overnight Tours). The details of the new routes and their corresponding fees are as follows:
VHL6 Journey:
Route: From the Passenger Port to Hon Chan Voi - Ba Cua - Tùng Lâm Island - Cặp Bài islet (the final point of the journey connecting to Gia Luận, Lan Hạ Bay, Hai Phong), or vice versa.
Fee: 150,000 VND per person per trip per day.'
VHL7 Journey:
- Route: A combination of the VHL1, VHL2, VHL3, and VHL4 routes.
- Fee: 600,000 VND per person per trip.
- VHL8 Journey:
- Route: From Tuan Chau International Marina or Ha Long International Cruise Port to the South of the White Bridge area.
- Fee: 70,000 VND per person per trip.
The new fee rates for the VHL6, VHL7, and VHL8 routes will be implemented starting from May 1st, 2025.
