Ha Long Bay Management Department propagates administrative Reform in 2025

On February 17^th, Ha Long Bay Management Department issued Plan No. 27/KH-BQLVHL on the administrative reform (PAR) propaganda for the Department in 2025.

The plan aims not only to raise awareness, consciousness, and a sense of responsibility among all employees of the agency in implementing PAR, as well as understanding PAR and the directions of the Provincial PAR Steering Committee in 2025, but also to create high consensus and unity to effectively carry out PAR in the conservation and promotion of the value of Ha Long Bay. It also aims to timely disseminate the guidelines, policies, and directives from the central government and the province. The plan seeks to enhance the active role of applying information technology in using the agency’s official website (halongbay.com.vn) and Ha Long Bay Management Department's Facebook page. Through this, it will not only strongly spread the results and effectiveness of PAR but also promptly identify any areas of inefficiency within the collective and individuals in carrying out their duties.

The specific contents are also outlined in the Plan, and the implementation organization is assigned specifically to each unit under the Department. For two consecutive years (2022 and 2023), the public administrative reform (PAR) index of the Department for Conservation of Forests led the public non-business units. The PAR index for 2024 will be announced in the second quarter of 2025.
