Code of Conduct in Quang Ninh Province

Quang Ninh Province has issued Decision No. 3488/QD-UBND dated December 2, 2024, regarding the promulgation of the Code of Conduct in Quang Ninh Province. This Code includes 3 chapters and 12 articles that regulate the code of conduct in the community, residential areas, and public places within Quang Ninh Province. The subjects of application are organizations, individuals, and people living, working, studying, or conducting activities in Quang Ninh; as well as visitors and tourists to the province.

The Code of Conduct in Quang Ninh Province aims to build and establish cultural standards that encourage and recommend organizations and individuals living, working, studying, visiting, or touring in Quang Ninh to adjust their speech, attitudes, and behavior in public places within the province. At the same time, it contributes to the development of a healthy, dynamic, creative, humane, and progressive cultural environment in Quang Ninh. This serves as the spiritual foundation for a prosperous, civilized, and happy society. The culture and human strength of Quang Ninh are intended to become an endogenous resource and driving force for rapid, sustainable development, and the construction of an exemplary, wealthy, civilized, and modern Quang Ninh province.
