The staff of the Thiên Cung team returned lost property to a foreign visitor who had forgotten it.

On December 22, the staff of the Thiên Cung Cave, Ha Long Bay Management Department, returned lost property to an Indian tourist.

At 13:35, during his shift at Thiên Cung Cave, Mr. Nguyễn Văn Dũng, a staff member of the Thiên Cung team, discovered a backpack. Along with his colleagues, they checked the contents and documented the discovery. Inside the backpack were four passports from India and some personal items.

At that time, there were not many tourists left in the cave. Mr. Dũng reported the situation to his team and asked them to announce the information via the loudspeaker to the remaining boats at the pier.

Shortly after, the Phương Hằng QN-8281 boat returned the Indian tourist, who was reunited with the lost property by Mr. Nguyễn Văn Dũng, a staff member of the Thiên Cung Cave.

The timely return of the property, which included many important documents, was especially meaningful for the foreign tourists. The tourists were very happy to receive their belongings and expressed their gratitude to the kind and honest heritage conservation staff. They also shared that their impression of Ha Long Bay was now even more beautiful.
