The 15th Ha Long Bay Management Department Football Tournament

On November 15^th, at Song Minh football field (Cao Xanh ward), Trade Union of Ha Long Bay Management Department opened the 15th Ha Long Bay Management Department Football Tournament. The tournament had 05 teams from the departmental trade unions and teams of tourism service enterprises in Ha Long Bay.

On behalf of Ha Long Bay Management Department, Mr. Le Minh Tan - Chairman of the Trade Union, Deputy Director of Ha Long Bay Management Department attended the opening ceremony.

With a total of 11 matches (10 qualifying matches, 01 final match), the teams will draw lots to compete in a round-robin to calculate points, selecting the 2 teams with the highest points/achievements to compete in the final match; the team with the 3rd highest points/achievement will win the third prize; the remaining 2 teams will win the consolation prize. The tournament will take place from November 15 to December 4, 2024.

The 15th football tournament not only celebrates Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day in November 23^rd; celebrates the 30th anniversary of Ha Long Bay being recognized as a World Natural Heritage (December 17, 1994 - December 17, 2024); 29 years of establishment of Ha Long Bay Management Department (December 9, 1995 - December 9, 2024) but also to maintain and promote the sports movement, physical training among the Department's employees, contributing to the successful completion of assigned tasks, and at the same time, it is an opportunity to exchange with units and businesses operating tourism services on Ha Long Bay, creating a spirit of solidarity and support in the work of protecting and promoting the value of the Heritage.
