Returning property to tourists who left it behind

On the morning of October 16th, the Ha Long Bay Management Department returned property to tourists who left it behind at the Ha Long International Cruise Port.

Mr. Pham Quoc Huy (blue shirt), staff of Ha Long Bay Management Department, and Mr. Nguyen Vi Nhiem, captain of Dragon Legend Cruise 01 QN 6909, returned the property to the tourists.

It is known that at around 11:30 am, at the waiting seat at the Ha Long International Cruise Port, the staff  of Ticket Control division of the Ha Long Bay Management Department saw a tourist's phone on the seat. In the phone case, there were also a number of ATM cards, a door card, and some Vietnamese cash. Immediately after that, based on the information on the documents, the staff of Ticket Control Division of the Department reported to the Department's Leaders and contacted the Cruise Association to find information about the tourists. Just a few minutes later, 02 overnight guests on the Dragon Legend Cruise 01 QN 6909 returned to receive their belongings. The 02 British tourists were very happy and admired the kindness of the people of Ha Long - a place that is always considered a safe, friendly and hospitable destination./.
