Being formed on a limestone island that is only connected to the outside by an underground cave or small stream, the living environment within Tùng-Áng is isolated and less influenced by external factors. As a result, the flora and fauna in this area are diverse and distinctive, creating a beautiful and attractive habitat. This area is currently in the process of investment and infrastructure development.

Hon Xep Park is an area that highlights the geological and geomorphological values of the Ha Long Bay. It is home to many islands with folded and faulted geological formations, stacked on top of one another to form a unified block, with Hon Xep being the focal point. Hon Xep is located at the center of the park, featuring a distinctive architecture of large, square-shaped stone blocks "stacked" on top of each other. Amid the vast and serene space, the islands, arranged with the skillful and ingenious touch of nature, make visitors feel as if they are stepping into a gigantic geological museum floating on Ha Long Bay. Currently, Hon Xep Park is one of the most attractive destinations for overnight tours on Ha Long Bay.
