Me Cung Grotto

Me Cung cave is a destination in route no.2 in Ha Long bay, about 14 km from Tuan Chau International Marina, 20 km from Ha Long International Passenger Port. Me Cung grotto is the home of ancient Viet people - one of archaeological relics of Soi Nhu culture dating back about 18000 - 7000 years with thick layers of freshwater snail and mountain snail sediments in front of the entrance which was proved to be the cuisine residue of ancient Viet people. Besides, tourists will be attracted by not only cutural-historical values but also the natural garden on limestone moutains with many perennial plants, including endemic, rare and precious plants of Ha Long Bay.
